What should I wear?

We recommend a crop top and shorts, as you’ll need as much skin as possible to grip the pole. But we encourage you to wear whatever you are comfortable with! 

 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Water is essential! And a small towel, this can be a sweaty workout! 

 

Do I need shoes?

Shoes are not essential, but you can wear them if you want to.

 

I’ve never done pole or hoop before, will I be able to do it?

YES! This is suitable for everyone of all experience levels, fitness levels, shapes, and sizes! We’re here to help you build strength and confidence. You can do this!

 

Can I have a beginners class?

All our classes are suitable for beginners. We come round and work individually with you and do training exercises together as a class.
