Blossom Aerial Fitness is a Carlisle based studio run by two friends who met through their love of aerial fitness. Shannon and Amy have created a safe, welcoming space where others can also discover their passions.

Aerial fitness is more than just getting fit and having fun, it takes you on a journey. Your confidence will grow and have more self belief as well as creating life long friendships.

Our Classes

All these classes are suitable for complete beginners. No experience or fitness levels are needed at all.

We support and work with you at your own pace and learning level so you get the best out of your workout – It’s is that fun, you won’t even know you’re exercising!

Beginner Pole

Learn all the basics and conditioning needed to work through our fun levels.

Aerial Hoop

Here you will learn all the fundamentals of hoop and learn basic conditioning skills to pretty moves and routines.

Floorwork and Flow

Choreographed into routine using the lower half of the pole and incorporating floor work. Sexy spins and tricks to make you feel empowered.

Mixed Level Pole

This class is suitable for all levels. From people who have never been on a pole to those who have had past training. We come round and work individually with you and do training exercises together as a class.

If you love dancing and letting yourself go to music this is the place to be. With routines choreographed beautifully around a pole, you will learn some beautiful flows.

stretch

We will guide you through stretches to the level you want along side conditioning your body. To help you loosen up after a long week or to help you gain more flexibility.
